As part of the project Creative Food Cycles, which is funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union, a symposium took place on 17.09.2020, at which dMA was able to present two papers - the Paper "Fermentation Lab" by Professor Mirco Becker, and the Paper "Topping Up Digitally" by Jan Philipp Drude and Victor Sardenberg, which is available through the Conference Proceedings.
